About Sonja Sauer
Sonja Sauer runs Aikido im Hof in Duisburg, Germany, where she teaches and trains with kids, youth and adults.
She is deeply inspired by the teachings of Jan Nevelius and Jorma Lyly of Sweden. Her focus is in deepening our understanding of the inner communication between uke and tori.
Her particular interest lies in the soft ukemi forms, which she has developed into a refined study of the art of falling and receiving.
And on top of all of this, she simply experiences aikido as great fun!
